Sorry to hear about the trouble. Does this happen across devices? Also, have you tried switching to an alternate Internet connection to see if that makes any difference? Let us know.
Not not ads! The video I’ll be watching will pause and buffer for a long time and won’t play. So I’ll either check my WiFi connection close out the app or restart my phone and sometimes neither of those actions help. It doesn’t just happen on my iPhone but other devices as well.
