Sorry to hear about the trouble. Does this happen across devices? Also, have you tried switching to an alternate Internet connection to see if that makes any difference? Let us know.
It was happening on my iPhone and I did switch WiFi connections and it was working a bit better but still not as smooth as I had hoped.
