    10 years ago we began selling weird Chinese food inside another Chinese restaurant. The world has changed but I’d like to think we’ve kept it pretty real. Looking forward to to celebrating in earnest when this shit is over.

    Without help from Congress, our independent restaurants won’t survive this crisis. There will be an estimated $225 billion loss in revenue over the next 3 months. The economic damage will last a lifetime.

    Yesterday’s tax bill was a big blow, and honestly sent me into a pretty deep depression spiral. But extended an olive branch late last night in the form of takeaway beer and wine, which we have been thinking about a lot lately anyway.
