Effective housing prices basically just > 1.5x'd *again* over the past couple of months... (+57.x%, not +100% like quoted).. Watching things effectively triple and quadruple in a span of 2 years has been heartbreaking 💔 Being priced out of things in real-time...

💡How to debunk “Omicron is mild” nonsense. Population wide — it is critical to know both the CONTAGIOUSNESS and the INFECTION FATALITY RATIO. But many only cited Omicron had a milder IFR while completely ignoring the much much worse contagiousness that will together killed more.

  18. Such bans need to include the use of biometric information, even if collected in realtime. Bans should not be limited to "online" activities but include IRL context. Bans should also not be limited to "advertising" per se because that will soon be consumed by "experience." /2

Really pleased to say that a small team within have worked to make our Series 1 drivers open source! Great for anyone looking to tinker with old hardware, and an important look back at the company's history.

For you at home, here came out with the “state’s rights” argument against interracial marriage, contraception and abortion. States’ rights to what, Senator? The right to discriminate. To deny privacy, due process, and equal protection under the law.
