According to Italian site , Android Auto is also testing a screen mirroring app that mirrors your screen to your AA dashboard using Google Cast.

In those images, the primary font appears to be different from anything we've seen Google utilize, is this believed to widely roll out alongside the new design, or is it just an addition by the user that shared the images originally?

Still dark, grey, boring, and with this ridiculously big black space-wasting bottom bar.
Bought a used iPhone specifically for the CarPlay and it seems it is going to stay with me for long.
