Haven't been able to confirm with devs so I might be wrong, but I believe the intent of the 15% healing nerf is just to make matches faster.

@CM_Lore i think this will def favor some comps more than others, same way dampening benefits teams with constant/spread damage. 1/2
@Zunniyaki @CM_Lore They sure will be faster, you'll die in the first demon soul against warlocks because you can't outheal the damage =)
