Why do they not do it for you? You're in Sweden right? I had mine done for me at a hospital.
They probably do if you visit a hospital, but at the same time why would they do it for you when you can do it yourself? In case you didn't get the catch then the whole picture is a joke, it doesn't hurt I just triggered the gag reflex when swabbing my mouth before :D

Probably so you don't hurt yourself poking your brain through your nose lmao And yeah I get it, it doesn't hurt but it's probably one of the most uncomfortable sensations you can experience :p

Nah the nose is fine, and especially if you're used to trimming your nose hairs and you're only supposed to go in about 2.5 CM. The mouth though is different, you need special kind of training for that to be smooth-sailing
