I think clips influences Blizzard's priorities by a lot. The tripple rogue team had people a bit furious and I'd imagine we see Moonkins getting hit next.
Outcome was breaking the whole class while the crit legendary was the only issue had to be adjusted in the first place
They probably are nervous about nerfing an item that takes a week or two to get over nerfing the class. People will build a new leg and what if there are other changes that break it? Easier to control from the top

True! Like, 50%+ damage comes from Starsurge :p As a long time Moonkin main, i hope they reduce Starsurge damage and increase Starfire/Wrath damage. Feels better for the player, and less broken burst etc. Anyhow, thats how i see it :) Currently maining shaman

Yes, man, the information sources of Blizzard are very limited, yet the actions they take are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SCALE. The way they've banned you shows it all. The fact that it was exactly you + the scale of the punishment.
