Yes, we all make mistakes, but it's not hard to not be racist/homophobic. I don't need to be a flawless human being to realize this? There's a middleground where most people slot in. He himself said someone went through COUNTLESS HOURS of footage, it's not just a slip one time
I agree it's not difficult but I don't think expressing a word makes you a racist/homophobe by default, the intention behind what you're saying matters too. I'm sure we've all made mistakes we're not proud of and that we could see ourselves never repeat again.

ok even if you dont find saying these things racist(which it is) it is still beyond cringe inducing, childish and distasteful. i dont even get how anyone would wanna associate with people who talk like that in private or not, theres plenty of people in the world who arent racist.

The words should still carry consequences, regardless of his intent. You can’t just spew hate speech and not get a consequence for it. Nobody is flawless but it’s really not that hard to avoid using homophobic and racial slurs.
