I wanna ask again if anybody has experience dealing with Apple's Password Recovery process? the support CAN'T help, they tell me I gotta wait. I'm literally locked out of my phone for TWENTY (20) days. How's this even possible in modern times? @AppleSupport
and she never got any help?? I've been googling for hours and I'm honestly getting a bit hopeless after reading people's experiences

she ordered a new sim card to get into her email, but no help from apple... theres a chat though, but they werent that helpful

I was trying to access the chat which requires you to enter your phone's serial number or IMEI and their support didn't recognize my phone's, I checked my spelling 4 times.
