They got back to me and said I can get my ID reset in TWENTY DAYS?? anyone experienced something similar and have a solution? I need my phone to access a lot of things

I've reset my iPhone and in order to open it I need my apple ID that I'm locked out of and in order to reset that password I need to access my phone. I've contacted support but if I fail to prove that I own the phone, is there something that I can do?

Jag har försökt låsa upp min Ipad, har inget bevis på att jag själv köpt den, ringt support 6 gånger det senaste halvåret och får samma svar. Ipaden är värdelös nu.
