Heya! I used to be the person that bought this ad space for clients! Most sites show ads based on data collected from you, but some are closed marketplaces that you can only access through direct deals with the company. Twitch is the latter, so they would have sold a total (1/2)

number of impressions to the condom boiz. It's impossible to tell, but buying digital ad space is super complicated so you never really know if it's based on your browsing habits, location data, or if it's just a company pumping ads out to any available impression.
