I've literally been aware of this for the last 10 years I'd say.. sometimes I feel comfortable but on other days there's no desk, back or armrest height that can make me feel like I'm 'IN POSITION'

Yo legit me everyday. I’m like how can I change my set up and make it better. Whatever I do isn’t better. Now I’m looking at standing desk(adjustable) wondering if it won’t help

You feel like that because of lack of exercise, and/or breaks in middle of sessions. And trust me it can save your life!
