How does one know if they get viewbotted/follow botted? I gained 200 followers today (about a 75% increase) and I made a quite big change in my title, does it really have that big of an impact?

There's no way to tell, really. That's why streamers never get banned for viewbotting, unless they basically leak information of buying the service. Those stats seem pretty extraordinary, though. It's likely that you got follower botted.
