I love it but it's a biased opinion, I'm not sure if it's great for a characters integrity

The one suggestion to keep character integrity intact would be limiting the current expansion's gladiator mounts to the specific character or class it's earned on. When you start going back as far as TBC it's almost an entirely different game.
