Maybe I don't understand it correctly, would I still be able to peace it despite their recommendations? I have this feeling that countries might deny entry for Swedish citizens based on what I've read :D

I think as long as the country you want to visit doesn't have that 2 week quarantine thingy for EU citizens you should be fine?
