do light in the whole room
How do people play with lightning behind their monitors / pointing towards them? I feel like this is fucking up my eyes big time and without it the lightning sucks, actual good gamer streamers, how's it done?

I have a ring light that has 3 different Colours of light. Using the bright LED's will cause eye strain so I suggest using a warmer colour. Like the top ring in this picture.pic.twitter.com/tb9uATx8cx

I turn the light around towards the wall. If the lighting is strong enough it will "reflect" from the wall and give you enough lighting without being annoying for your eyes

This is what I’ve done too, I’ve even played around with my monitor settings.. maybe this is the result of the eye surgery I had two years ago :/

Lightning = what shamans cast as offensive spells. Lighting is the word you mean, the word that has to do with removing darkness in your room.
