If you were injured and became permanently paralyzed and unable to move your arms and legs but still be able to communicate verbally but depend on someone for the rest of your life, would you consider seeking death help?

Yes, I have it in my current will, DNR if I'm in a situation where being brought back I'll be living dependant on some one else, loosing my legs, I think I could adjust to that. But no use of my arms would kill me mentaly.

Very hard question to answer. Happiness is a relative concept and after a traumatic experience like becoming paralyzed your perception of happiness is very likely to change. The very gift of life and seeing the sun come up in the morning could become your pinnacle of happiness.
