Will you need neck level 50 in the next patch?

55 gives you 1 major and 2 minor essences but at level 35 u unlock 1 major which gives you 1 minor too. Also blizz is boosting all necks too 35 and increasing the amount of AP u get from everything

To min max on ladder play yes but you will only miss 1 minot trait and they made it so u get more ap i think from doing pvp and shit
