Is it possible for PvP teams to stream their POV of the @Warcraft? Tournament?
Or is it explicitely against the rules?
Yes they can but they require delay if you want to do so. Also playing tournaments is about doing the best you can with your team and not potentially leaking valuable information to grow your personal brand :D

Well you can always mute comms and stream the PoV. I do understand the downsides though.

While this is true, you'd still be showing pixels and we all know that an image says more than a thousand words, especially at the start of an expansion when there are many things to be discovered :D
