    1/6 Open source hardware is still rare in neuroscience. & have joined forces to change that. We’ll have a booth (1766) at . There are so many new tools in development we can’t list them all, but here are a few highlights:

    5/ DAQ Firmware: We have rewritten the Miniscope DAQ firmware using the most up-to-date USB Video Class interface. The new firmware is more flexible, more reliable, and enables quicker implementation of new Miniscope designs.

    4/ DAQ Software: We have new Software written in QT. It works with V3 and V4 Scopes and is a full replacement for our previous software. Interface with multiple cameras/scopes simultaneously, display dF/F, & many more features in active development.

    2/ We are releasing all new V4 hardware designs & guides, new Miniscope DAQ Software, and new Miniscope DAQ Firmware. The new V4 Miniscope will work with the previous generation of Miniscope DAQ Boxes and the new Software/Firmware is backwards compatible with V3 Miniscopes!
