My video was falsely taken down.
I am away from my computer and idk what to do. My video was clearly under fair use. The youtuber who I exposed had no right to do this.
@TeamYouTube please help! JDGames is abusing the system.

Fair use wouldn't apply for privacy claims. Although it's probably bullshit, assuming you didn't put his face in the video or something like that.

Well, yes and no. If the face is in public, most of the time it is legal to share it. The issue is, that's not how Youtube operates when it comes to privacy, they operate on whatever policy they make up. And I'm sorry but what you did with the thumbnail was not allowed.

Also, to be clear, I don't agree completely with Youtube's policy, but based on what Youtube lays out, it wasn't allowed and it was a valid claim.
