    Thank you to everyone who told us about the SIM model that has been rolled out across NHS Trusts, in particular to . We're very worried about the model and glad that NHS England is reviewing it. Our statement is below.

    What we think about SIM - People in crisis deserve compassionate care and should never be threatened or criminalised, regardless of the involvement of emergency services. It is deeply concerning that this model was rolled out without proper evaluation and it is right that NHS England is reviewing SIM services - this work must be completed urgently.
