I took "Before" pictures of my body today
Taking bets how long it will take before I have "After" pictures and confidence to show them all together.
Oooh hahaha, I started a 28-day program thingy which is around ~30 minutes of workout a day, plus 30 minutes cardio after that.

Ahh nice! :) Remember the most important thing remains the diet. And with diet I don't mean eating less, I mean eating the right things. GOOO MINAA!!! Please keep us/me updated.

Our diet has been on point for roughly a year or so now, but I'll cut a few of the "splurge" days haha. Hopefully you'll see some progress when we're coming to Helsinki!
