I had honestly never considered/realised that people keep quiet about this.
I'm a rainbow baby, and this year we've already had two miscarriages in the family that were talked about very openly.

Yeah, but so many (especially British) people don't talk about it publicly. Pain is private. Don't buy it myself, think we should be aware
