board game community question - how well are female illustrators represented? does your game library show a balance in this aspect of games?
please give the job to whoever fits best, regardless of gender. You're not a bad person if that person happens to be a male.

True but my own biases are innate, as well as cultural ones, that if I don't consider it, status quo (by definition) never changes

I would say there are definite and identifiable plusses to working within a diverse team (gender/race etc) ...
