I voted *shrugs* because it really depends on the game, the voice acting, the story, and my current mood. Even if all is great, I'm sometimes just not in the mood to spend so much time listening to someone say a line I've already finished reading.
I think, for me personally, it's a good thing to have the text speed aligned with the voice speed. Not having read the line before it's spoken makes it more likely for me to not skip it.
