Well that's just delightful. Specifically booked a flex ticket in case I couldn't make the morning ferry and NOW they tell me that I would have needed to change the booking BEFORE departure. AFTER departure. Thanks for stealing 109€, Color Line

a flexi ticket allows you to make changes to a booking, it does not allow you too get on another boat for free because you missed yours

Except that is exactly what the term flex ticket is used for in Germany for trains. I wouldn't have any beef with it if it was stated right there when we booked the ticket. But it wasn't.

a train and a ferry are very different things. if you don’t read the T’s&C’s then this is liable to happen
