Absolutely. He’s a manipulator and if he hasn’t done this to other women before it’s only through lack of opportunity.
I kind of felt the same that he might be sincere and I always look on the optimistic side of peoples heart's... But knowing the context around it paints a very clear picture. What he has done is physically/psychologically abusive/manipulation.
He does a very good job of coming off as apologetic and sincere and he's probably even better at it in person. But things like saying she didn't say no "with this much conviction" shows his true thoughts.
