Talked to someone else and they have the exact same problems with the exact same shit service.
Hey @vodafoneservice, being the only provider with glass fiber in the area won't save you when you completely fail to provide what you promise and what we pay for.
Surprise! @vodafone @vodafoneservice continues to be the absolute worst I have ever experienced. The constant downtimes still persist, the service is still utter shit, and today the internet just turned off completely. At first off and on, now it's been off for over an hour!

We'll cancel the contract tomorrow and go back to our old provider. Their connection speed may be slower, but they actually provide the promised speed and we didn't have a single downtime in the 2 years we lived here!

Das wäre jetzt vielleicht eine valide Antwort, wenn der Vertragsinhaber vernünftigen Service von euch erhalten hätte. Oder überhaupt eine vernünftige Antwort. Ist aber nicht der Fall. Mal davon abgesehen hat das auch nichts damit zu tun, dass eure Leitungen nicht funktionieren.
