It's more like there are actual problems we are facing like racism, police brutality, and abuses from the powers that be vs the people fighting against those.

Centrist rhetoric is the coward's refusal to acknowledge the systems that cause these problems (i.e., racism, police brutality, poverty, etc.)

Yeah there should be positivity but it should have some experience and practicality behind it too. "C'mon! just be happy guys! It's not that hard!" is whole leaps different from "you gotta make time to find happiness in the things you do to stay sane when you're overwhelmed."

frustrates me when people say "ive lost faith in humanity" because its almost always come from privileged people. how do you see the police attacking people and the government threaten to k*ll its own civilians and you go "well i think ALL sides are bad"
