Still think riptire is too strong. My suggestion would be to make Junkrat visible to enemies (like Widowmaker Ult does) and if you kill him tire breaks. Allows more counterplay and means Junkrats need to be more thoughtful about where they are when they ult @PlayOverwatch
I think just reduce the blast radius so you actually have to be kinda close to people, and also the tire explodes if junk dies would be fair enough imo
