People acting like Harmony Orb is not a legitimate excuse probably don't understand Tracer duels
Best tracers play around orbs and save blinks/recall for such engages. It's not an excuse it's part of tracer duels. You can't always guarantee you will have orb or blinks to take such engages but its part of the game. if you never use orb for 1v1 you have a problem
