Not having any cpu temp spikes or gpu. Both temps within a good range. I bought a new psu when I upgraded in 2017. So I feel it has to be RAM (don't know if the mobo can affect it?)

Anyone dealt with stutters in game before without fps drops? I believe it's my ram - it never used to work with xmp/At a higher clock until I updated bios. Since updating it works at 3000mhz (instead of 2133) But the stutters have been more noticeable

Are all sticks from the same pack of RAM or did you mix packs? RAM can get very picky (especially at XMP) so mixing -- even two of the same model -- can sometimes glitch like that. If not, you can check if your RAM a second XMP profile and try that?
