Gave in and reinstalled origin... i get worse frames than when playing Apex on steam but at least i've got my skins and rank :/ hopefully they make it so you can unlink and relink your EA account to steam

Have you ended up with 2 EA accounts? Happened to me when I was trying to get the twitch prime rewards on PS4 ages back, EA customer service were able to merge the accounts, kept the name and log in details for the one with the skins.
i spoke to customer support and they said they were unable to do that as it'd create "issues with levelling and progression related to the account" or some bs like that... as if i care about what level i am i just want my skins and rank

Damn. That sucks dude -.- Hopefully they change it in the future, I want to start playing on PC but I have so many skins and badges and everything on PS4 that it puts me off...

I spoke to origin support and they had to delete the linked account entirely for me to be able to use the correct one. Thanks origin!
