@virginmedia honestly such awful service right now. They have no phone customer service available, their online diagnostics detected a fault but made me wait 24 hours to "monitor it", then took down the website for "essential changes" so I can't get any actual help. Dreadful

I have managed to book an engineer appointment for Monday (the earliest available slot), but our internet is still down most of the time, meaning we will be without internet access for most of the weekend which is kinda unacceptable
