I think they were, just with the experience existing OWL teams had they were able to catch up and improve faster than the expansion teams once OWL started. Look at where @LAGladiators were at the start of the season and how they looked in their last 2 games

I think that may be right but then you have to consider that if you come in with more experience and you're trying to be a top tier OWL team you should also be improving at 3/3 simultaneously. Unless you're admitting that the overall
@ParisEternal team has a low skill ceiling. -
True but my point was that Paris don't have the experience that Shock has for example, and by experience I mean specifically having competed in a whole season of OWL (worth noting the first season was much more intense/rigorous). Also I'm not defending Paris
