I found using display based fps limit made the game feel a lot better and smoother lately. I used to use 300 max fps but I think a recent update affected the fps/gameplay feeling

In your bios there should be an easy option to enable XMP, it basically automatically overlclocks your RAM safely to it's advertised speed (in your case 2666mhz?). It should be a simple case of going into your bios (keep pressing delete on boot) and enabling XMP
