Members of the Patriot Front marched from the National Mall, past the Capitol, ending near Union Station.
Patriot Front is run by Thomas Ryan Rousseau, who founded the group in 2017, as a teenager.

As picky as D.C. is about permits to march on the street (as opposed to the sidewalk), and given the obvious police escort, these men had a permit. You should be able to get access to that permit as a public record.
