@YouTube Removed a channel from my subscriptions yesterday, the channel is still in my subscriptions page, when i go down on the left side and click subscriptions (the 2nd list one) it gives me a 500 internal error message.

That's strange! Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Learn more: https://goo.gl/dwzcyo . Also, does this happen across devices? Let us know.

Went into firefox, removed all youtube cookies and cleared all caches, restarted pc, restarted and updated ff, the channel is still there, even though i can click on a video and it says "subscribe" on the video channel, even tried re-subbing and un-subbing, no changes.

Thanks for the info! Do you see the same when you use a different browser? Also, can you file a feedback report with these steps: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK ? Thanks.

That's definitely odd! Can you file a feedback report with these steps: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK ? We will pass it along.

already did but it only provides for one screenshot, so i outlined the issue and then sent you the screenshots, the feedback thing really needs to allow the upload of screenshots, instead of taking one on the current screen, which doesn't make sense.
