Dr. Khaldun says there have been more than 28,000 peopel who have recovered from

I'm a bit confused here -- Whitmer says don't travel to regions that are opening if you're not from there. TC Mayor encourages people to come up north in part of his speech, but says be smart and don't overwhelm their health care systems.
