    I’m glad that the Lt. Gov is okay - and that he listened to . Speedy recovery!

    On Friday, I wasn’t feeling well, so I went to the hospital to get checked out. I didn’t want to go – I didn’t think I had to – but insisted, and as usual, she was right. The good news is I’m feeling much better + I’m well on my way to a full recovery.

    There are few people in the as principled and fearless as Summer Lee. I’ll miss her in Judiciary committee, but I think will be a really, really good member of Congress, and an excellent representative for working Pennsylvanians.

    This AM, I told my son, who watched the first half of last night’s game with me before bed, that they lost and were out of the playoffs. “Oh well,” he mused as he worked through it. “They’ll have another season.” So not a fully formed Philly sports fan just yet.

    Another thing I love about the Broad Street Run: where I work, I listen to people from far away badmouth Philly as if it’s some sort of terrible place. It isn’t. Philly is a town full of love and spirit, of toughness and loyalty, of grace and humor. And I see that at every BSR.
