I mean, I can't imagine her going back to the school. If she's not expelled, the shame and guilt she's going to suffer for what she put those boys, their families and the school through is going to haunt her for a long while. What punishment would be fair?

I appreciate that. Given that many kids never come forward because they are never believed or they're too traumatized -- see the kids who were sexually abused by Jerry Sandusky -- you don't have to elevate a kid to listen to their story.
