Those countries don’t want these criminals either. “Outside the box” why don’t the politicians take these repeat criminals into their homes and show them a better way?

Its a choice. Felon: Do you want 10 years in prison or to be free someplace else? 3rd World: US incarceration cost is $60k/year. The cost of living in your country is $15k/year. Will you take 1st time felons at $500k/each? For 1 year, they get a 1k/m stipend to acclimate.

Look at crime maps by elevation & bars on windows of homes in poor neighborhoods. Criminals are lazy, they rather rob another poor person than go a mile down the road or walk up hill even a little bit. Sure a small % may try to make it back in, the majority, not a chance.

Now think about historically poor neighborhoods. Imagine if every felon was removed. The children in those neighborhoods don't "learn" recidivist behaviors. Culture changes. It's now safe to walk outside. Who WANTS to live next to criminals? Why should we force them to? Guilt?

There is absoilutely no evidence that our brutal violent and merciless police state, means more justice in our society. We are all guilty of felonies, and our system of law is fundamentally unjust. Does absolutely no good to attempt to enforce more of this incoherent cruelty.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm advocating for what I believe was the first form of punishment, banishment. "You were a part of our group, but then you did something against the group. So now you're no longer part of the group." Enemies were killed, family was banished.

It could certainly be more affordable than our current system, but I am not convinced any more effective, mostly because I think it is what we already do. Many of the dealers in the tenderloin for instance have been successfully deported half a dozen times.

Cartel are sent to the same factories that got them here. It's not the norm. We'd have to look at it deeper. Aren't like 80% of arrests to someone who had been arrested previously? Do you believe there's a criminal vacuum? If 1M were gone, 1M good people would turn bad?

      Paul Retweeted Chasing Justice Podcast

I don't believe our system is finding or correctly judging good people from bad ones, I believe its criminal injustice feeding for profit private mass incarceration, a system of modern slavery. "[The system] coerces as many of them as possible into pleading guilty quickly b/c the one reality at the core of the American criminal system is that is can't possibly give individualized attention and consideration to all of the people that it’s putting into this system.” 3/3

Regardless of every evil of US oppression racism and hate..two things. 1. Your choice: prison or freedom 2. Is it not possible to live a happy life in a country other than the US?
