    “Omitted from the narrative” is an awfully different charge than “lied”-esp for interview done 3 mos ago. Believe civil conspiracy has different standards than 1st Amendment under Brandenburg, Nazis v. Skokie. Needed clear evidence of specific planned criminal act to stop rally.

    And yet a federal judge just ruled that those exact same posts were sufficient legal basis to proceed with civil conspiracy charges, the city cited them in their own lawsuit, and again this was omitted from the narrative.

    This is untrue, Emily. In the interview, I was referring to the *legal standard* of “credible threat”-which, as I said to you from the dais, the City was unfortunately unable to meet with the evidence you & others presented-according to our police chief, lawyers & State Police.

    Why do I get to say lied? Because I wrote the civilian intelligence brief that documented several, many of which came to pass.
