Thinking of everyone in DC (& travel routes in VA and MD) who will be standing against the "anniversary" rally by white supremacists in Lafayette Square. C'ville, DC & the country are against messages of division & hate, today & every day. Stay strong & be safe.

“Omitted from the narrative” is an awfully different charge than “lied”-esp for interview done 3 mos ago. Believe civil conspiracy has different standards than 1st Amendment under Brandenburg, Nazis v. Skokie. Needed clear evidence of specific planned criminal act to stop rally.

This is untrue, Emily. In the interview, I was referring to the *legal standard* of “credible threat”-which, as I said to you from the dais, the City was unfortunately unable to meet with the evidence you & others presented-according to our police chief, lawyers & State Police.
