  5. Listened to boomer qualifications and circumlocutions about Syria today at court. They're just walking TVs. "Well we need to get out of the mid east but it has to be done the right way. Look, I don't want more undeclared, endless wars, but you can't just leave like that."

  6. I'm glad that AOC is dancing to this song. I'm assuming that she is signaling to her progressive base that she will be a vocal supporter of President Trump's plan to pull troops out of Syria and Afghanistan. Let's hope that she is a consistent voice for peace while in congress.

  7. However, this is clearly a cope where these guys are amplifying their own bullshit. There will always be weirdos showing up in comments and such calling everyone a shill or a Jew. That's just what these people do and it will never stop. People know to just ignore them these days.

  8. Reminder that falling for obvious infighting trollbait is basically the smolest brain thing you could ever do. If you ever wonder where these people come from, here's one answer.

  10. Holy shit, insane leaked video of AOC.

  11. I mean, she voted for Pelosi for speaker and has all but abandoned the Palestinian cause. These are direct stabs in the back to the people that got her where she is.

  12. I support AOC as well, but from a slightly more critical stance. I don't think she is being hard enough on the Dem establishment and is at risk of losing her radical authenticity, and falling back on her identity as a young brown girl while actually propping up the establishment.

  13. The story and allegations go far beyond just the claims relating to the SPLC's attacks on this one lawyer. Multiple allegations, along with hard evidence, of wire and mail fraud, receipt of stolen documents, bribery to induce theft of documents, racketeering and tax fraud.

  14. This story is a very big deal. I am reading the lawsuit right now and these are very serious allegations backed up with hard evidence. This is going to hurt the SPLC. This goes far beyond defamation.

    Replying to

50 Shades of Subversion, by Luke O'Brien. "The backstory to what he’d done was complicated, the details sordid." "Randazza mocked her concerns and covered a letter she’d written in crude sexual insults" "Instead, his moral compass pointed to pornography"

  16. The problem with Luke's blog posts is that the writing is so bad it distracts from being pissed off at his shitty ethics and obvious agenda. I want to be mad at him for this hit piece against an attorney for representing the wrong client, but his abysmal writing gets in the way.

  17. I used to work for a company that would publish vanity ebooks for amateur authors. The fat chick that was into wicca and had three cats and a pill problem would write erotic fiction that was of higher quality than this.

  18. Here is how he opens it. This is how an underperforming kid in an 8th grade creative writing class open his stories. The rest of the piece is similarly awful, he is clearly trying to use what he thinks is clever wordplay, but it just comes off as stupid and amateur.

  19. This article ends with "Somewhere in Gloucester, looking out at his hometown and dreaming of zealotry, the troll began to laugh." Like bro, just lol. I haven't seen writing this hackneyed since the latest Dan Brown literary atrocity.

  20. Imagine being Luke, coming from a rich family, going to Harvard and Columbia due to his dad's connections and still not being able to score a better job than writing an amateurish blog post every couple of months for the Huffington Post.

  21. Content of this article aside, I just want to comment on what a terrible hack of a writer Luke O'Brien is. You would never believe this guy went to Harvard and not community college.
