Now I've seen a few goals against...the stick isn't to blame as much as Askarov's 1) insanely wide stance that limits vertical coverage and the ability to adjust laterally to stay on angle 2) desire to push forward into shots, which locks up his hands

When he pushes forward - he locks into the 12’ O’clock glove position - to me it’s a big of a flaw on low hard shots.. trying to dip the hand down with speed is tough
