This release supports enabling Azure Hybrid Benefits for folks with Software Assurance, Azure RBAC in preview, k8s 1.24, and more :)

Windows Server 2022 is now GA! Look for support for @windowsserver 2022 in a Rancher 2.6.x update soon, including the new Windows Container support on RKE2.
Rumor has it though 2022 will 'just work' for you in 2.6.0.
