One thing is clear: generative AI is here to stay.
The question shouldn't be if the technology should be used, but rather how it should be used.
Being in the office is a double-edged sword.
Data: when our colleagues sit nearby, we get more feedback. That boosts learning and retention among junior peopleโbut reduces productivity for senior people.
We need time together and time apart. Hybrid is the best of both worlds.
