Attention Senator McConnell: It is time to re-open the government. The House just passed funding bills the Senate already supported. Hundreds of thousands of workers are going without pay. It is time to put country over loyalty to Trump. It is time to show leadership.

Can’t wait for our new Democratic House to pass legislation to reopen government and ensure 800,000 federal workers get the paychecks they’ve earned. It would be a total disgrace for the Republican Senate to oppose this legislation given previous support for the same language.
